How much notice do you need for orders?
In general I require at least one week's notice for all orders. A 20% rush fee may be applied to any orders that are accepted less than one week before the event date. It is up to my discretion whether I accept an order or not.
What is the best way to place an order?
All orders should be submitted via the Order Form. If you have questions about anything, feel free to reach out to me via the Contact Form, Facebook, or Instagram, but for an order to be finalized, it must be submitted through the Order Form.
How do I pay for my order?
Once your order is finalized, I will send you an invoice via Square within 48 hours. Payment is due in full no less than one week before the order is due. You can pay via credit card, Cash App, Apple Pay, or Venmo. Cash payment is not accepted for special orders.
Do you deliver?
I do! I provide local delivery to Pullman for $5, Moscow for $10, and anywhere further than that for $20.
Where do I pickup my order?
Because I am a cottage food bakery and run my business out of my home, I do not post the pickup location for everyone's eyes. Should you decide to pickup your items, the pickup location will be listed on the payment invoice.
